We have been just loving all the snow this past month- it seems like such a treat after 5 warm years down south! (not to say that we didn't love the heat...but we did miss the snow!)
We had a huge snowfall a month ago, and it has stayed ever since. For a week or so, it was bitterly cold, ridiculous really, as in -39C (-39F) at night and a high of -26 C (-14 F for our friends south of the border) during the day. It's really warmed up since, just cold enough for the snow to stay, and just warm enough for us to enjoy spending hours outside every day. We're secretly hoping it stays all winter... (you never know in Calgary)
