I love where we live, for its wide variety of things to do and beautiful places to go spend an afternoon. This 'lake' is actually the city's water reservoir, but with the mountains in the background, bike and walking paths surrounding the lake, and many miles of rocky beaches and trails to explore, it's such an amazing place. Erik and I used to spend a lot of time here before being married and before kids, so it's so nice to see the kids running around, enjoying this same area years later...
