For the 3 nights around the wedding, 21 of us rented rooms at this gorgeous Elkview Lodge. This is also where the reception was, so it was very convenient for us to put the kids to bed upstairs ('babysat' by 2 young girls that Steph knows well), while we enjoyed the party downstairs. This photo of the lodge just does not do it justice- it was huge, with 6 massive rooms with lofts, hot tub, 2 fully stocked community kitchens, several sitting areas/living rooms, and many balconies/porches. It was so nice to stay here, and to have it to ourselves (family and friends, I mean)! The scenery was breathtaking as well!
